Extra person charge is $10.00 per day.
$10.00 roll-away bed per day.
A $25 deposit is required for efficiency rooms, which
will be refunded to you at the time of your departure, if and only if the
kitchen is left in a satisfactory condition.
Children under 10 years of age free with parents
Florida hotel occupancy tax - add 11 %.
30 day notice required for deposit refund on reservation for 1 month or
longer. A $100 deposit is required for reservations made between Dec.
15 and April 15. We look forward to accommodating you soon, and assure you of a
relaxing stay.

Late checkouts may be available from $10 per hour and confirmed on Day
of Departure.
Notice to Parents
We take great pride in providing a tranquil and relaxing setting. It
is our goal to ensure alt guests' total relaxation. Well behaved
children are welcome under proper adult supervision.
Reservation Policies Deposits
Reservations will require a deposit to confirm. We accept Travelers
Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and Discover Card.
We must have you deposit in full, 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are only made, when we receive an advance notice of your
cancellation. When making a reservation for 2 days, you must notify us
1-3 days before. When making a reservation for 3 days, we must be
notified a week before. When making a reservation for 30 days or
longer, we must be notified at least 1 month before-hand. There are no
refunds for late cancellation or early departure. However, every
attempt will be made to re-rent the accommodation that you have
reserved. If we succeed in re-renting your accommodation during the
reserved period, your deposit will be returned or held for your next
visit.
Payment
Rates are in U.S. Dollars and payable by cash, Travelers Checks, VISA
Mastercard, American Express, Diners, and Discover Card. Personal
checks are only accepted 30 days in advance and when approved by the
bank as valid. Regular guests may also use checks to settle an account
with credit card approval. Monthly discount rates must be paid by
cash, travelers checks or personal checks, (with credit card approval)
The balance of your charges for your visit are due upon arrival. Extra
Person - $10*° per day. |
